Chores help me to find this

I found these photos and postcards when I was trying to throw away some unused stuff from boxes and putting more stuff in. I still have table stuff that I haven't put into boxes. Feel lazy lah.. those can be the last minute stuff that I just need to put into plastic bag. It's not that far away from my flat to another flat. =P

Anyway, back to postcards, I can't believe I still kept them. Well, I don't simply throw away. Hehe.. but things are going to pile up if I keep them. That is why I have so many stuff. It's not just that. I realise I  have A LOT OF clothes. Really! I get new ones from mum and then I wear them from time to time, slowing abandoning the old ones. Eventually, I should give it away. Wait, maybe I can give to sis. Hehe.. she will complain she get second hand stuff later so maybe not.

There goes the days of using postcards huh.. nowadays, everyone is using laptops. I can tell you that sis and I even have a cyber session in the living room or in the study room when we were at home. Or the time when I was told that sis and cousins were in the living room and all were online on laptops. There were 7 of them. I should say it is technology world now. I will laugh if any of them chatted to each other on msn even if they were next to each other.

Looking on

In late June, I flew back to KL to meet her. Flight was actually to Brunei but since I missed the domestic flight, I had to redirect my flight to KL. It was fun in KL when she also came up from Miri. Another cousin also joined us.

We even went out movi-ing together. On the weekend, the other cousin came to see me. Aww.. so sweet of him. All the way from PutraJaya. I am craving for peanut butter.. what is it again? I forgot..

Allyz was in NZ for 2 months and she was due to fly end of July. It was fun to hang out with her. I am glad to meet her. =)

After having so much fun with going out as a big group and farewell dinner for Allyz, we sent her to the airport.

Two weeks after that, my family came to Christchurch. I shall elaborate more on the next post.

Jealous-nya

I had a chat with my friends and one of them convinced me to go for the second field trip, said that we can have fun during the field trip. I am still not convinced to go for the second trip because I feel that I have duty because I have commit myself to Malam. Apparently, the lecturer will make a confirmed list by Friday so I will wait. I just hope that they can move me to the first trip. If not, then, I got no choice but to go for the second trip. Sigh..



How sad, I should be in the photo. No, I should be with them in Miri. Maybe I should have stayed back for a week and celebrated my sister's birthday. =)

I feel so touched when I saw this post from lynnx. I really miss the nights we talked about things in her room. Actually, whenever she started a topic, I was beginning to fall asleep already. But of course, I woke up again and started talking to her. Eventually, we stopped and went to sleep. I heard her alarm early in the morning. Hmm.. she is the kind who lets her alarm goes off, snoozes, sleeps, snoozes, sleep, etc. I don't know how many times it went off. Hahaha.. =) Tell you what, I didn't like her alarm song in the first place. But after listening to it for so many times, I started to like it. I am listening to it now. Non-stop. Taatoo by Jordin Sparks.

Back

I am back in Christchurch already. =)  I wanted to blog when I transit-ed in Changi airport but couldn't remember the url for this blog login. I went back to using my blogger instead. Anyway, flight was alright apart from being bouncy because of bad weather and turbulence. I couldn't get enough sleep and was grumpy when the bouncy-ness disturbed my sleep. I still did not sleep when I arrived Christchurch. If I did sleep, I wouldn't be able to sleep that night. Anyhow, I went to bed early last night and slept for 14 hours. Something I haven't done for so long. I did get up in the middle of my sleep. Someone texted me. 'Mengacau'. I also woke up to hear numerous knocks downstairs. It was the postman, came so early in the morning. 'Mengacau'.

Results out already. Argh..

Anyway, I really enjoyed my holidays back in M'sia. Thank you to lynnx for coming to pick me up from KLIA on last minute changes to my flight. Didn't really expect me to arrive in KLIA right? Hahaha.. Thank you, yiyi (lynnx's mum) for buying air ticket for me to go to Miri last minute when I was in KL. I was prepared to stay in KL for 2 weeks with lynnx that time when yiyi said she can buy me air ticket to go to Miri. I am really thankful that I can go to Miri to see other cousins and also cute Shoobie.

Till now

On Wednesday, I woke up late and online while waiting for cousin. I really felt like I slept enough that time. I don't have to set alarm to wake up. After cousin came back from class, we went to nearest Carrefour for late lunch to eat chicken rice. Yum.. I also had waffles with peanut butter. I suddenly felt like I had been craving for waffles + peanut butter for so long.



That evening, I followed cousin to watch them playing tennis.

On Thursday, cousin brought me to Mid Valley Megamall to start shopping. I bought few dresses that day and will be putting them up on fashionblog. =) Meet up with this cousin who flew to KL. I was supposed to fly with her to KL but change of plan in the end.

Waffles + peanut butter + me

On Friday, three of us went to Low Yat to look at electronic stuff. After we were satisfied with looking + buying, we ent back to Mid Valley to meet up with another cousin of mine and a friend of cousin for dinner.



Saw this nice thingy so decide to take photo with it. =) Looks like a very big photo frame. Hehe..

On Saturday, we didn't go anywhere because we felt broke and stay at home to rest. Another cousin came over to see me us. Everyone chatted and just had good conversation. Because we were broke we had maggi mee for brunch. At one point, this cousin were bored and did this. I just took a photo of what he did.



On Sunday, we headed back to Mid Valley. No, this time we aren't there to shop. I was a bit sick of shopping. We went to watch Wanted. =)

Monday and Tuesday

Finally, arrived KL on Monday evening and Lynnx came to pick me up from airport.

On Tuesday, after lynnx's class, we went to Sunway Pyramid. We were thinking of going to Bangsar but we got a ride from her friend to Sunway Pyramid and I didn't mind the change. It was an aircond place anyway. I don't feel very hot. =)

In the evening, both of us went to Pasar Malam. I had my waffles with smooth peanut butter. Yum.. I forgot to take photo with it though. Sigh.. It's so nice. I had other food as well. I really ate a lot that day. At least I got my appetite back. I really don't know I lost my appetite during exam time. It's very unusual of me as I normally binge on food during exams.

Last few days

Exams finished on Saturday morning. I don’t really feel that relieved. In fact, I start to get nervous of getting results. Sigh, I should start enjoying the holidays first before worrying. Anyway, Alicia (Em and I nicknamed her Ally) and I cooked lunch for three of us. Ally is Wz’s friend who came from M’sia to spend her time travelling here. Em went for her exams in the afternoon while Ally waited for another friend to go sight-seeing in uni. She didn’t go in the end because it was raining quite heavily. I dragged muffin to Northland mall to buy lollies and some other stuff for cousins. As usual, that night we went for YAG. Since we finished our exams and have nothing much to do, we went to watch Kungfu Panda. I didn’t know that Angelina Jolie is the voice of Tigeress. There are Jackie Chan and Lucy Liu voice of monkey and snake. I can’t remember the rest though. 

My flight was at 5.40am and I had to wake up at 4am the next day. I knew I couldn’t sleep before 1 so all of us decide to stay awake and send me to airport. I thought I could sleep in the plane. Everything was on plan till stupid domestic flight was delayed because of the some prop due to engine problem. I didn’t think it was because of the rain that has been going on since Saturday morning. Everyone was waiting on the plane for almost an hour before being evacuated to another plane. In the end, the flight was cancelled. Some had connecting flight so their plane waited for them. I was told later that AirNewZealand have been doing that recently. Flights were cancelled because of something which I cannot remember now. Maybe I shouldn’t fly on Airnewzealand. I didn’t make it for my international flight at 9.40am. I knew I couldn’t board the plane on time but I asked the staff anyway before calling mum to tell her that I will be missing my flight. I almost cried when I heard mum’s voice but controlled myself. I guess my voice was different as well because I was very sleepy. You could tell that I was really grumpy that morning because I kept on cursing. I slept for three hours before going for lunch and to the flight centre to book flight. After church and dinner, we all went back to get our sleep.

 

Monday morning, I woke up to chat online with mum. I realised that my surname and last name were placed differently so I was really worried that I couldn’t board the plane. I really don’t want to miss another international flight. Ally texted me to have faith in God and that He will make it happen when you think it is impossible. I prayed really hard and I did manage to check in. The lady didn’t even looked at my e-ticket and just asked for my name. She said people always make mistake with Asian name. She is a kiwi so I was surprised that she knew but glad at the same time that she understood. 

I just landed in Singapore and blogging. =) I am just going to save this as draft first before posting it up. Another 3 more hours then I will reach KL. I can’t wait to see lynx.
