Museums

Oops, I made this post looks weird. But I am here to continue my blog post about my holidays. After coming back from Milan with cousins and friend, we went to visit Science Museum and Natural History Museum the next day. I suggested them visiting Natural History Museum first because it is definitely interesting.

JY koko was trying to show that he can stand the cold in the room. We went in the Antartica exhibition. However, D koko didn't go in.

There were quite a lot of exhibitions around.

We didn't stay long at the museums as I thought they should go see somewhere else. The big 'kokos' went to see Harods. I took Lynnwei to see King Cross Station. She mentioned that Harry Potter film was shoot here. The platform looks smaller than the one in the film. Maybe they just want to make it big. Hmm.. I think there is another platform which we didn't go.

I was excited to take a photo of us looking weird in the photo. Hahaha..

I miss London. I hope I can go in the future again.

Visit to the Museums

Photos from the visit of Science Museum and Natural History Museum. There are more photos on Sherp's blog. I am just selecting few. Maybe you can find even more on Osbert's blog if he does blog about it. Check them up.

Taken before the we watched the 3D movie at the IMAX.

Trying to act cool, huh?

I don't know how to explain this mood.

That is Sherp, drinking her coke.
For those reading Sherp's blog, you would understand why I put up this photo.

Tour

On the second day of the Wong family here, we decide to go to see Natural History Museums and Science Museums. We went planning to go on London's Eye but it was raining and also, we waited for veep who is still sick. She seems to be better now though, so hopefully we can go to London's Eye this weekend. Ok, back to the topic. Mum went to get our Eurostar tickets to Paris for next weekend while Sherp and I took them to Science Museum. After arriving the Kensington Station, we went to Imperial College to take photos first.

Taken inside the Imperial. It was raining outside and it wasn't 10am yet so the museum wasn't open yet. I didn't label my photos under this blog name. I wanted to do it but I couldn't find any other programmes in my laptop.

At 10am, we walked to the Science Museum. It was crowded. Almost 11am, mum found us at the Science Museum. We continued to look around until lunch. After lunch, we walked around again. There was this burglar alarm room where the message displayed if we can walk through the passage without ringing the alarm.
We tried hiding from the invisible light in the room but the alarm still went on. Finally, Sherp saw a little boy crawling across without any sound. She followed too. I followed from behind as well. Hehe.

We went to Natural History Museum after that. We saw a weird car and took photo of it. The car has only 3 wheels. We took a lot of photos.

We took the tube to Marble Arch, from there, we walked to Bond Street to see the lights. Oh, we also went to Harrods and they took photos.

On the way back to the station, we saw this bear. Sherp saw it first and she was like, ooohh... and stood in front of the bear and waved hi. Then, the bear turned to the two standing beside me and hugged them. It must be funny how we are acting. People must have thought we were crazy to be staring at the bear and realised that we were supposed to take photo. Hahaha.

From last Monday onwards

I went to Polina's house on Monday, spent the night at her house as well. We talked, talked and talked... caught up with a lot of stuff, either talking about school, friends from high school etc..
Anyway, we went to the Petone beach on Monday evening, Veronica drove there to meet us there.
It was really good to catch up with Veronica as well. We played at the playground as well. I'm not showing it here. Muahaha! :)

I went back the next day at 2.30pm, only had lunch when I got back. Didn't do much except studying.

On Wednesday, Uncle Benny dropped me, Jordan and Kim off at Westfield. I treated them lunch and movies. We watched 'Meet the Robinsons', it was really good movie.

Thursday, Eugene came to pick me up and drove over to North City Shopping mall to meet Kate as well. But Kate did not join us watching 'Mr Bean: The holiday'. The movie was hilarious. I recommend you all to watch it. :)

Anyway, Friday came, Kim and I decided to go to Wellington to walk around and to Tepapa Museum to see exhibition on Eygpt. It was really interesting. I took some photos but... there's nothing new about Tepapa. Just the same old Tepapa.

Tomorrow, it's Saturday and Uncle Martin (Jordan and Kim's uncle) will be taking us to watch TMNT. So cool.. I chatted to mum just now and she said it was my favourite when I was 3 years old. No wonder I feel so excited about wanting to watch it. I have no idea how many favourite cartoons I had when I was young. I was told that I loved to watch Duck Tales (apparently I watched one episode 100 times), Tom and Jerry and Ninja Turtles. I know I love watching Tom and Jerry Show, I still watch them. Isn't that cool? Muahaha :)

London

Travelling with friends really is a good feeling. After coming back from Malaysia and rest for one day, my friend, Osbert came to London.

First day, we went to Musuem of London and Tower of London. We took a lot of photos but mostly about the stuff displayed in Tower of London. But I will include few photos of us.

Second day, we went to Madame Tusaed's Museum and Emirates Stadium. It was nice to take photos with the wax stars but they are not real. Isn't it good if they are real. One thing, chamber live is really scary. If you like to scare yourself, you should go in. I got freaked out when I went in. I was about to walk thru the in doorway when I saw something moving. I quickly ran out and didn't want to go in. Funny but I can't help myself being scared.

After coming out from the museum, we went to Regent Street, just walking and also went in Hamley's. The biggest toy shop in London, a seven storey building. After that, it was the Emirates Stadium. Cool! Arsenal! Haha.. I'm not a fan of that club and I have been there.

The Queen, Prince Charles???

Tony Blair and George Bush???

That night, we took the bus from London to Aberdeen, stopping in a few places in the morning. It was a night bus, so I had to sleep in the bus. My first time overnight in a bus. I never went on night bus though I have been on the plane at night. Hhmm..
