Day One

The next day, I followed Lynnwei and her friend to London Eye. Some of her friends came much later and they all went up. I didn’t go up though. Lynnwei commented that she felt a bit bored sitting in the eye tube. After they came down, they decide to go sight-seeing separately. I took lynnwei to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and then to Bond Street for shopping. It was really windy and rainy that day. It was a lesson not to bring umbrellas out.

We went in the National Art Gallery and saw few paintings before deciding to go shopping at Bond Street. I forgot how many items lynnwei and I bought. It was really fun shopping, we were going to continue shopping till late at night but stopped when we were really tired, hungry and cold. We wanted to go to Marble Arch to take photos but end up going back home because it would be too dark that time.

Raining

It has been raining since last week. On Wednesday when I was out with Lynnx and a friend in the cinema, I heard the rain poured heavily. I think that is the starting of the Miri flood. Since that day, it rained every night. Was it because of the heat during the day? Hmm.. I wonder.

The flood was on the news the other day. I can't believe Miri actually has flood. Hoho! Anyway, just wanted to say it has been a rainy week.

So far, I have watched 2 movies here in Miri, Eragon with Lynnxuan and Lawrence, Curse of Golden Flower with mum, dad, Ivy, Sherp, Lynnx, Ning jie, Lynna and me. Curse of the golden Flower, what is the point of the movie? I was told that it is about a tragedy. Ok.. so? I don't see a point in that movie. Though I want to see Jay Chou. :) Eragon is quite nice though I thought it was not nice in the beginning.

Ning jie has gone to Kuching yesterday. Sigh.. she is not here to spend the last few days before we are heading back to London. We are due to fly on the Tuesday night. I think we are going up to Brunei on that morning. Anyways!
