To those 9 people, thanks for reading. Sorry the post was short. I should have said more.
Crossfit is good for those who thinks is good. Not everyone likes it, I think it is the coach who is 'shouting' at you to get on. They are there to encourage you not shouting. I guess not everyone see it that way. I, for one, if you don't give me motivation, I won't do it.
I can last longer in eksrima stick fighting thanks to crossfit. I also practice wing chun where one fellow friend said she felt more strength from me, thanks to crossfit weight-lifting. So what can you say about it?
Just depends on how you see things.
