I actually have quite few photos to put up here but I keep procrastinating. Lol lately I have been feeling very lazy after dinner and preparing lunch for following day. I mean, when I sit down, I want to relax. Not having to do something every time.
Anyway, I should update about the exercise plans we have been following. It's not too bad. I think I am getting fitter. I work hard each time and sweat more too. Bought a heart rate monitor watch and I could check out how much calories I lose each time, average heart rate and maximum heart rate. Sometimes it tires me out but it is because I didn't sleep enough. The watch is quite cool. It may not be like ipods because it's worth something to me. =)
