Love it or not

Now I stop procrastinating. We bought some stuff, I think, three weeks ago. I use it every alternate days for my daily exercise. I think I am losing fats but not sure how much. I worked out a lot each day and always feel tired. If I don't feel tired, that means I did not work enough.

Today was yoga and I can feel my legs sore right now. Before this, I cannot touch my toes but now I can. I should be able to reach my heels by the end of this whole daily exercise. =)

So the rackets were on sale and bought it under $100 for both. Definitely will play tennis and squash again. Honestly, I quite enjoy squash. Tried it first time last year and it wasn't that bad. Tennis is a bit hard because I either couldn't catch it or when I caught it, it went off court. =( Was first time playing so can't expect much isn't it.

Just exercising to get the 6 pack is not enough. That is, if I really want. No, I actually don't want to look too muscly. Just having a fit nice body is enough for me. So maybe having multi-vitamin supplements is enough to give me nutrients?! Darling is drinking the recovery drink to get the 6 pack. For guys, I think it is ok.
