Varieties

I actually want to share what daily exercise I do so friends can do the same for them. So yeah, anyway, I work out the shoulders, arms and legs, cardio, yoga and stretch. Anyway, for those who just want to get fit, cardio is the best way to get fit. If you want to have flat tummy, working your abs and doing yoga is good. I do all since darling is doing all. He is supposed to gain weight from working out and drinking the recovery drink but he isn't.

Yoga isn't that bad as it seems. I used to think yoga is hard from what people described to me. It really isn't. It just seems hard because it takes up your time a lot and maybe it is hard to stretch too. I can stretch more than before and balance myself. Yes, you do feel a bit of muscle ache from stretching but that is the process. So yeah..

Probably should check out commercial pumps because we need to fix heat pump for the house to get ready for next year winter. Not sure whether any kind of pumps would be good enough so would have to research more and also ask the heat pump consultants. Hmm.. so where should we go and look? But I guess I would look into pumps for house. Commercial pump is for business companies. Hmm..
