Fats

I kept complaining the fact that I am tired everyday despite exercising. Hmm.. exercising is supposed to make a person feel alright everyday. It's not like I exercise excessively everyday. The exercise I do range from: Monday- I do back and biceps plus abs, Tuesday is cardio based, Wednesday is shoulders and arms plus abs, Thursday is yoga, Friday is legs and back plus abs, Saturday is cardio based and Sunday is stretching.

I still feel muscle pain even though I have been exercising for 3 months. At this moment, I don't need any weight loss diet supplements. I think I lost weight because some of my pants feels loose. The heart rate monitor band on my chest is also loose on me. It kept falling off my chest every time I jump up and down during the cardio.

I am definitely losing the fats but I am not sure if I lost any weight or not. I am still eating lots though, just not junk food.

i think u need a day or 2 for rest. can't work out everyday and i do hope ur lost of fat at ur chest is indeed lost of fat and not lost of... :P

u should try exercise everyday and then u will understand why ppl do so.
