I was reading news when I stumbled upon this article.
Activity not just about losing weight.
Lately when I exercise, I noticed that my tummy is almost flat. Yay for that. I have worked so hard to get that so I don't want to spoil having tummy back for eating junk food. I think twice when I am buying snack. =P No, I am not starving myself. I just eat more during dinner and lunch or breakfast.
Tomorrow, it's raining and I am seriously thinking of driving to work. I do know how to drive a manual car but I just hate the thought of having to multi-task so much. Got the gear to change, then you gotta look out for cars, then there's the clutch. It's like a dread feeling, you know. If something happens, then you gotta call the roadside assistance for help or someone else. More trouble coming. I understand why some people choose not to drive if they can.
