So happy that a primary school friend actually reads my blog and was amazed that I am so into exercising. Well, I am not so into the exercising daily. Some days I just felt like giving up or don't want to exercise. It is hard but darling encourage me to do daily if I want to get fit. Yes, I do want to get fit for health sake.
I have to admit that you do need a buddy for exercising otherwise you will stray off and feel lazy to exercise. Or you can be one motivated person and actually exercise daily. Hohoho..
I find that drinking slimming tea at times do contribute to losing weight besides exercising. I did my 'business' twice and my stomach is getting smaller. Guess I don't have to go research how to lose belly fat anymore. Oh oh you can see small lines at my abs too. Lol I am so happy to know that I accomplish something, even a little bit. =) This will just make me more determine to lose more calories.
