Shake shake shake

News!!

Some people might have heard about the Christchurch earthquake that happened on Saturday morning. I have been following the news on thepress.co.nz since Saturday noon.

Yes, I felt the earthquake. I just didn't realise it was an earthquake till it stopped. I thought I was in dreamland in a train. I was actually awake though. There were aftershocks since then. Some are big and some are small.

Oh yeah, I went back to sleep after the major one happened. I didn't think it was that serious since the house was just shaking. If the shaking had continued, I probably would have gotten up and duck.

Oh wait, I didn't realise it was an earthquake so I probably would have remain in bed. Well, thank God the area I am in is not hit badly. Just the central city.

Schools and university are closed tomorrow. But some people are working already. For those working in supermarkets. I am working tomorrow.

Anyway, it has been estimated that it will take billions to rebuild houses and buildings in chch, not forgetting health. Now, people will be wanting to know more about medicare supplement plans to prepare for the future huh? =)
