Everyone has different eating habits. Just yesterday, my friends and I were talking about food. Some people can eat more and yet remain thin like someone. Darling can also eat a lot and do not gain any weight. I, for one, can gain weight like nobody's business if I don't watch what I eat. I would definitely need something on how to lose weight faster if I want to eat fatty food. Hohoho.. I already lower my meal portion. That should be the start.
Oh wait, winter is coming up fast and I am getting hungry quite often. Great. Not a good time to start lowering my meal portion. =(
