I saw the link already, AllyN.
Wow, I didn't think tea could lead to serious case like that. I did know that drinking tea everyday is not good. Apparently, drinking coffee is not good too.
So, I should add milk into my tea before I start drinking it? Well, I normally don't like to drink my tea in very hot temperature. I usually let it cool down for 5 minutes before drinking. Sometimes, I forgot I have tea with me and it got cold by then.
It's not just about hot tea, it's more like hot drinks. Hmm.. how about during winter? You would love a hot drink to sip or just holding them makes your hands warm. Hehe..
Hmm.. I shall not drink too much tea now. Actually, I drank energy drinks to get caffeine when my study period. Apparently, it's not good and my mother rather me drink coffee or tea. I did mention that I rather drink tea than coffee. FYI, I don't like coffee taste or the smell. They make me feel faint and nauseous.

Hmm.. I have heard of the increased risk of getting oesophageal cancer when you drink too hot drinks. But I think everything should be done in moderation. Cancer is still a very mysterious thing.. we may never be 100% sure of the causes. We can only say the risks are increased, that's all.
sigh.. yea.. what to do.. my tea got so cold after i left it there for quite some time. :P
maybe i dun need milk hoh?
hmm.. yea.. tat's true.. but we can try to prevent it right?
in coffee's defense, research have found out that a cup of coffee a day reduces heart disease by 20%, and also found to be good for asthma, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout.
Ok, all from Wiki, i dunno any of those apart from heart and asthma :P
but moderation is the key here, as too much is not good too as i have actually experienced the effect of caffeine overdose a few days ago :P
