Wellington Week

On Friday, second day in Wellington, I met up with Anita, Veronica and Sam at Wellington Train Station. I took the train with Aunty Helen there before meeting them. They said that I have changed, perhaps look older. Haha! Should it be a compliment? Or do I still want to look like a kid? I'm not even sure myself.

They have no idea what to do for that day, so I suggested going to Tepapa Museum for the LOTR exhibition. It was awesome, it reminded me of the days when Lynn Xuan, Yin Ning and grandma were in Wellington. Lynn Xuan and Yin Ning Jie even came to the LOTR premiere with me. We only saw the heads of the famous actress. Anyway, we weren't allowed to take photos in the exhibition. What a pity because the statues or whatever they build for the movies are so amazing. I wish I could take a photo of the Gondor city.

On Saturday, I woke up early and went to the Riverbank Market with Aunty Helen, it felt great to be back in Wellington except that my family is not here with me. I'm glad that I choose to come back in July as I would nothing to do in Christchurch during the holidays. Aunty Helen took me to the Hutt Libraries. I sure miss the libraries very much. I borrowed some magazines and a few story books to read too.

In the afternoon, we went to the Queensgate Westfield shopping mall after dropping Jordan off at a birthday party. There were new shops which I never seen before. I bumped into Karlene, one of my classmates. It was really nice to see her and she changed her hairstyle, blonde hair. I almost did not recognize her. That night, we had laksa and I ate 4 bowls. Haha! What an eater. I realised that I burped every day after my meals, and it was up t0 5 times. Haha! I actually miss burping. I can be so good at it (I know this is ridiculous).

On Sunday, the Moh family took me to the church. According to Kim, the friends said that I look different. I know... so many people told me (I lost my pants size, I can't wear the pants that mum bought last year cos it's too small (light brown), now I still can't wear it cos it's too big). After church, we went to Wellington for yum char but ended up eating at KC cafe because the restaurants were fully booked. That evening, we went to Aunt Mina's house for high tea. It was wonderful to see them and Melissa actually has grown taller than me (no kidding). I am still the shortest. Sigh...

Monday... I went out to see Elizabeth. We walked around Westfield and meet up with other classmates from school. It was good to see them.
