Last Saturday, Anu and I went out to buy Kokoberry. I was meant to come back before 6pm for dinner but ended coming back at 6.15pm. By that time, there were no dinner. My friend offered to give me a ride out to buy takeaways but I said that I could just eat the maggi mee that I have in my room. I didn't want to waste money anyway. I also ended up eating my friend's dessert as he offered me. :) After that, I went back to my room. On my way upstairs, I passed by the study room where there were a few people studying. I popped in to talk to them and ended up having help for Maths which was really great. They thought I was insane when I asked if they were going to study till midnight. Well, that is what I normally do anyway. Hehe!
It was weather magic again on Tuesday morning when I went to breakfast. All around were covered in ice. Even the cars. It was amazing though it was cold. The next day after chem exam, I got a message from Vodafone saying that I am selected to get 50% bonus when I topped up my balance. The offer ended on Thursday so I decided to go and buy plus I can do a bit of shopping for Jordan and post present (I think you will get it a month later). Anne was going to come with me but she wanted to go to Riccarton to pay her specs bill. Then she tells me that she doesn't want to come with me. I shouldn't have followed her if I knew she doesn't want to accompany me. Damn her... I took the wrong bus and it took me to the city after I was finished with shopping. I had to take another bus back to the hall. Well, the driver nodded when I asked if it was going pass Canterbury Uni. So I hopped on, 'mana tahu' it took me to the city. Sigh... I feel like shit after the long ride in the buses. That night, Anu came over for dinner at the hall.
Thursday... I took a break and went beads shopping. She made/bought a pair of earrings. It was really nice. Ying Ning jie jie and Sherlene would love to do that (I think). I also made one for Sherlene (not supposed to say), I think it was nice. I chose purple, u still like purple right? Now, you can add to your collection. The girl who sold us the beads is also from Malaysia. Cool, she's from Kuching, graduated last year in Dunedin and still job hunting. A great way to meet new people. Haha! You wouldn't believe that I actually did meet a new friend at the laundry room at the beginning of the year. Another great way to meet people. Haha!
