My Canterbury Card
So the orientation starts on the 13th of February. I joined the UC buddy and got to know my mentor, should say helper, Kelly. She’s nice and showed me around to let me get used to it. Luckily she took me around as I didn’t make any friends on the first day. I completed my enrolment and got the Canterbury card that afternoon with dad’s help. There was a bbq that night which I got to know more people. There’s the tutors whenever you need them. I’m on the Wilson Building, top of the floor and next to the bathroom. There’s so many people coming in and introduce themselves to you and it’s hard to keep track of it. I just smiled and said hi to anyone I walked past even though some people are looking out from their room. We are allowed to set up internet connection in our room but mine has not been enabled. So I ended up in the computer workroom doing this. So far so good. Really hungry, I should go for my lunch early.
